These beautiful Shenandoah Wineries includes two winery estates located in the heart of Shenandoah Valley. The Shenandoah Valley is located approximately 45 minutes from Sacramento, 2 hours from San Francisco, and 1 hour from Reno/Tahoe. The two wineries are situated a half a mile away from each other near the entrance to Shenandoah Valley AVA and are both owned by a closely held family corporation. 

Winery 1

The first estate is a 40±-acre parcel in a prime gateway location, among the first wineries encountered when entering the wine country of Shenandoah Valley in Amador County. This property is comprised of 17± acres of vineyard and approximately 4± acres where the Winery, Warehouses, Tasting Room, Patios, Ponds, and Bistro. The Meditteranean styled luxury residence is located on 2± acres adjacent to the winery. 

The residence is surrounded by open land that is used as a horse grazing area along with a barn and shop building. From the estate residence there are expansive down-valley views to the west and southwest. 

The winery complex of buildings includes a Wine Tasting Room surrounded by an outdoor patio area and ponds with a Bistro (food service) building and tables for picnics and food consumption. There is also a Special Events Tent, Winery Production Building, Estate Home, Barrel Storage Warehouse and Case Goods Warehouse. A thriving gift shop is located inside the tasting room.

Winery 2

The second estate is comprised of 60± acres located on a lane directly off the main entry to the Shenandoah Valley wine country. The parcel is gently sloped and is comprised of approximately 40± acres currently planted to vineyards and about 3± acres located in the center of the parcel, where the winery tasting room, Bistro and Event Center is located. The tasting room and bistro boasts sweeping views of the Shenandoah Valley and rolling hills. 

The property features a Wine Tasting Room, Special Events Center including a commercial kitchen, and a large Italian Market Style Patio. The 40± acre vineyard surrounds all improvements. The current zoning allows for “social gatherings” which can include corporate meetings, retreats, weddings, dinner parties and additional events for up to 450 people.
