The Yorkville Highlands Vineyard is a beautiful 591-acre vineyard property in the Yorkville Highlands Appellation at the southern edge of Mendocino County. The vineyards were planted between 1999–2001, with the newest block installed in 2006. The entire vineyard is planted on phylloxera-resistant rootstock with vertical shoot positioning trellis. Vine spacing is moderate to dense and the entire vineyard is on drip irrigation. Of the 591 acres, 118acres are planted with an additional approximate 24.5 acres plantable land.
Three single level ranch-style homes ranging from 660-2,048 square feet, 792 square-foot barn, 2,400 square foot workshop specially designed for vineyard operations and a 440 square-foot shed for additional storage.
